Mini-facelift

Face Aesthetic

A mini-facelift is a minimally invasive surgical procedure which effectively addresses sagging jowls and mild to moderate facial wrinkles. It’s particularly beneficial for those experiencing loss of definition along the jawline or subtle drooping in the mid-face area. By tightening the underlying structural layer (SMAS) and removing any excess skin, a mini-facelift can restore a more youthful, refreshed appearance without the extensive recovery time of a full facelift. It may be performed under local anaesthetic.

What factors are involved in a mini-facelift?

During your mini-facelift, Jonathan will strategically tighten the structural layer (SMAS), creating a more defined and youthful lower face. Excess skin will be removed which softens facial wrinkles. Fat transfer may be incorporated to restore any areas of volume loss.

Addition of BBL (Broadband Light) and Halo laser either before or after surgery can improve skin quality and texture, while reducing pigmentation and fine vessels. Lymphatic drainage massage helps to reduce swelling and promote healing in the recovery period. This combination of surgical technique and post-operative care should provide you with natural-looking results and a smoother recovery experience.
