Jonathan will make an incision in the inner thigh area, which can vary in length depending on the amount of excess skin that needs to be removed. He will then remove excess skin and fat from the thighs and may also perform liposuction to further contour the area.

3. Aftercare
Jonathan will recommend you keep the area dry for 48 hours and at that point it can be wet in the shower. You should keep your legs elevated as much as possible in the initial days after the surgery to reduce swelling and promote healing. It is important to wear a compression garment for six weeks following surgery. Strenuous activities or heavy lifting should be avoided during the recovery period.
Moisturising and massaging are the mainstay of post-operative scar management, while laser and micro-needling can speed up the scar maturation process. In case of any signs of infection or bleeding, it is important to seek immediate medical attention.
