Upper Blepharoplasty

This procedure addresses excess skin and loss of volume in the upper eyelids. By carefully removing excess skin and potentially adding fat or repositioning the deeper fat, a more youthful look can be achieved.

Lower Blepharoplasty

Removing eyebags can be achieved by removing or repositioning deep fat, in conjunction with fat transfer. The incision can be under the eyelashes (subciliary) or hidden via the inside of the eyelid (transconjunctival). By creating a smoother transition from the eyelid to the cheek, it will reduce signs of ageing.

Xanthelasma

These soft, yellow fat deposits occur on the eyelids. Surgical excision is the common method to remove them and must consider aesthetic approaches to the eyelid for the best result.

Eyelid Reconstruction

Eyelid reconstruction is most commonly performed for skin cancer or occasionally trauma. Rebuilding the eyelid may need to import skin with a local flap or skin graft and use a graft of cartilage and conjunctiva for the inner aspect to reform the structure and function.

Browlift

Treatments are tailored to suit the individual and their degree of brow heaviness. Surgical brow lifts can benefit the outer third of the brow as a temporal brow lift, or alternatively a full brow lift.
